Formal training on the EARL-V3 tool is highly recommended if using this tool in a clinical setting and we do not recommend purchasing the manual without training. Training is also required to become a certified EARL-V3 user. The training course covers two days, or three – to four half days, depending on scheduling with your organization. It can be offered remotely via online video conferencing or in person. The course is a mix of lecture-style learning and interactive exercises. To become a certified EARL-V3 user, you will be asked to:
- Attend and actively participate in a two-day training course
- Complete two case examples (this will be covered during training)
- Complete an open book quiz, following the training course
